1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Flotion Records ("we", "us", "our"), registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Overview

Flotion Records offers the following services:

  • Playlist Placement
  • Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Advertising Campaigns
  • Sync Licensing
  • Music on Demand (custom music production)

3. Playlist Placement

  • Stream numbers listed on our website (e.g. "up to 2,000+ streams") are estimates based on historical performance and are not guaranteed.
  • We pitch your track to curated playlists in our network. Placement in specific playlists is not guaranteed.
  • If we determine your track does not meet our quality standards, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refund requests for other reasons must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • We do not use bots, fake streams, or any method that violates Spotify's or any other platform's terms of service.

4. Meta Advertising Campaigns

  • A management fee of 20% is charged on top of the daily ad budget. This fee covers creative design, campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Additional costs may apply for extended campaigns, custom creative production, or specific targeting requirements. These will always be communicated and agreed upon before the campaign starts.
  • Ad performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results such as streams, followers, or saves.
  • Campaign budgets are non-refundable once the campaign has started running.
  • We reserve the right to decline a campaign if the content violates Meta's advertising policies.

5. Sync Licensing

  • A Personal Use license permits use in non-commercial projects such as YouTube videos, podcasts, and personal social media content.
  • A Commercial Use license permits use in paid advertisements, brand content, commercial videos, and broadcast media.
  • An Exclusive License transfers full ownership rights. Pricing is determined per track.
  • All licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • License fees are non-refundable after delivery of the audio files.

6. Music on Demand

  • The Album package (€99) includes 10 tracks in 1 genre, plus a marketing strategy with 5% discount on Meta Ads daily budget.
  • The Triple Album package (€249) includes 3 albums of 10 tracks each (different genres allowed), plus a marketing strategy with 10% discount on Meta Ads daily budget.
  • The Brand Sound package is priced on a per-project basis.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
  • Revisions beyond those included in the package may incur additional charges.
  • Full copyright of the produced music transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices listed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required before services are delivered.

8. Refund Policy

  • Playlist Placement: full refund if your track is not accepted by our team.
  • Meta Ads: non-refundable once the campaign has started.
  • Sync Licensing: non-refundable after delivery of audio files.
  • Music on Demand: 50% refund if cancelled before production begins. Non-refundable after first draft delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All music, logos, and content on this website are owned by Flotion Records unless otherwise stated.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own music submitted for playlist placement or advertising.
  • Custom produced music becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flotion Records is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Privacy

We collect personal data (name, email, payment information) solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment data is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
